Hello, I’m Cindy — and welcome to Sweet Rose’s Bakery.

Sweet Rose’s began as a way for me to honor the women who inspired my love of baking — my mom Rosemary and my grandma Rose. Some of my favorite memories growing up were tied to the kitchen: the smell of dough rising, cookies cooling on the counter, and recipes that only came out for special occasions. Those weren’t just treats — they were traditions.

As time goes on, it’s easy for those older recipes to fade away. Families get busy, generations change, and sometimes the things our moms and grandmas made only live on in memory. I started Sweet Rose’s because I didn’t want to lose that. I wanted to bring those flavors back to life, keep those traditions going, and give others the chance to experience the kind of baking that feels like home.

Sweet Rose’s is rooted in simple ingredients, small batches, and honest, old-world recipes — the kind of baking that doesn’t need to be fancy to be meaningful. These are wholesome cookies, breads, bonbons, and potica made the slow way, with care, just like they always were.
